WARRANTY POLICY


JOHNNY VAC INC., offers a satisfaction guarantee or your money back on all of its products purchased directly or through retailers across Canada.

The uniformity of the warranty is applicable to all retailers JOHNNY VAC Canada, regardless of the origin of your purchase.

The specific guarantee for each of the 10,000 items sold varies depending on their origin and use, whether domestic, commercial or industrial.

Spare parts, bags, belts, hoses, brushes, etc… Are covered by a warranty of one (1) month from the date of delivery or date of purchase on the invoice.

For all our vacuum cleaners, carpet washers, polishers and scrubbers, they are covered by a warranty dependent upon type of equipment and its use. The warranty coverage for each of these devices is detailed on a form, included with each original packaging of equipment and may range from one (1) to ten (10) years.

To report a defect or dissatisfaction, you must bring your item to the point of initial sale accompanied by the invoice and within a reasonable time. RETURN POLICY


If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased either from our website or one of our retailers, we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase, except transportation costs, if applicable.

To do this, you must go to where you took possession of the product with your invoice or delivery receipt to validate warranty provisions that pertain to this product.
Any product or equipment you have not obtained total satisfaction or which may have a defect, must be returned as soon as possible to avoid exceeding the deadline which is related to this product or equipment.

For each purchase of bags filter, spare part, it must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product along with your invoice, to obtain a refund.

Exceptionally, denial of a refund may be caused by the absence of proof of purchase (invoice or delivery receipt), or non-compliance from the date of coverage of the product plus one (1) month. The exception also applies to the discovery, by our technicians, that the product has been misused, non-conformity or modified by the user. Other factors that can cause damage, including water, no filter or bag as specified in the user manual of each maintenance equipment, these are also part of the exception which may be applied.

The method of the refund will be as payment was made at time of purchase (credit card, debit card or cash).

All purchases dedicated to a third person as a gift , especially in holiday periods, must also be returned within thirty (30) days in their original boxes and in the same condition as when purchased, that is to say, clean, free of any markings, without breakage or missing accessories or parts. Should this arise, certain costs of devaluation could apply to your refund.

The cost of transportation by any carrier whatsoever is at your expense. The best way to return your product would be to find one of our retailers near you for a validation of your warranty. A period of one (1) week may be needed to validate your warranty, especially if the product was not purchased from that retailer. To facilitate this, all documents such as invoice or delivery receipt, will help us in honoring your guarantee of satisfaction.

If a product is returned without defect or valid reason, this can lead to cost recovery of the product in stock, not exceeding 30% of its purchase value and minus delivery costs.
