March 24, 2020
Since the release of the “List of priority services and activities” by the Government of Quebec published on Monday, March 23, we would like to inform you that we are among the companies that offer a priority service including the distribution of sanitary products like disinfectants, chemical products, gloves, and other hygienic products; which are approved by Health Canada as being effective against the coronavirus (Covid-19) or help slow down its propagation.
Consequently, Johnny Vac will continue its operations during the Quebec partial lockdown period announced by the Prime Minister of Quebec François Legault on Monday, March 23.
On the other hand, to avoid gathering and to ensure smooth continuity of our operations, it is no longer possible to pick up your products at our place of business located at 10975 Louis-H-Lafontaine Blvd. as of now and until April 13.
You MUST place your order online, by email or by phone and it will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Please avoid using delivery addresses of buildings that may be closed due to the current situation (e.g., schools, offices).
We want to affirm our commitment to the health and safety of our customers and employees while serving the community. We are, therefore, monitoring the situation closely while respecting public health directives.
Also, note that all of our carriers have respectively implemented hygiene measures to ensure the continuity of their operations.
Note to Carriers
Note that the shipping and receiving services remain operational. These services are available through the back doors of the warehouse, as usual.
You will understand that this plan aims to participate in slowing the spread of the virus while allowing us to continue to serve our customers without reducing the quality of our operations.
Thank you for your understanding and take care of yourself and your loved ones.
